目的:观察高频电火花水针疗法对家兔骨关节炎滑膜组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)的影响,探讨其治疗膝骨关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)的机制。方法:应用关节制动的方法复制OA模型,18只造模成功的中国家兔,随机分为高频电火花水针组(A组)、水针组(B组)和手法组(C组),A组用高频电火花水针加手法治疗,B组水针加手法治疗,C组仅予以手法治疗。1次/3d,疗程为1月。检测滑膜组织中SOD和MDA的含量。结果:A、B组滑膜组织中SOD、MDA水平与C组相比差异均有显著性(P<0.05),但A、B2组间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:高频电火花水针疗法和水针疗法能提高OA滑膜组织中SOD活力,减少MDA含量,通过抗氧自由基代谢治疗膝骨性关节炎。 相似文献

[目的]研究含顺丁烯二酸酐结构化合物侧链结构与抑制黑曲霉效果的关系。[方法]选取7种常见含顺丁烯二酸酐结构化合物以及变构霉素,用牛津杯法进行抑制黑曲霉试验。[结果]3,6-二氯邻苯二甲酸酐在10g/L浓度下对黑曲霉有较好的抑制作用,变构霉素在1g/L浓度下仍对黑曲霉有一定的抑制作用。[结论]含顺丁烯二酸酐结构化合物侧链含有氧对抑制黑曲霉有促进作用,而含有苯环则不能增强其对抑制黑曲霉的活性。 相似文献

Castor oil was converted to maleated castor oil (MACO) without any catalyst. MACO was characterized with FTIR, NMR, molecular weight and viscosity measurement. Tung oil (20 wt%) was added to MACO as reactive diluent. Non-woven jute felts were used as reinforcing material. The MACO was polymerized and crosslinked in situ during composite fabrication. The curing behavior of MACO with free radical catalyst was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The MACO/jute composites were tested for their flexural properties, impact strength and dynamic mechanical properties and compared with similar unsaturated polyester resin/jute composites. The flexural moduli of both the composites were nearly similar. The impact strength of MACO/jute composites was 42% higher than that of UPE/jute composites. The damping property of the MACO/jute composites was higher than that of UPE/jute composites over a wide range of temperature. 相似文献

苦荞植株现蕾前约3 d,每间隔2 d,利用浓度为0.15%的化学杀雄剂青鲜素处理一次,成熟时对其主要生物学性状进行测定。结果表明,青鲜素对苦荞麦各品种处理后,株高、分枝数和叶片重与对照在1%显著水平上有极显著差异;在1%显著水平上,对西荞2号、镇巴苦荞和选荞1号叶片数的影响与对照有极显著差异,在5%显著水平上对西荞1号叶片数的影响与对照有显著差异;在5%显著水平上,对根重的影响,西荞2号和选荞1号与对照有显著差异,镇巴苦荞和西荞1号与对照没有差异;在1%显著水平上,对茎秆重的影响,西荞2号、镇巴苦荞和西荞1号与对照有极显著差异,选荞1号与对照在5%显著水平上有显著差异。处理组同一朵小花内苦荞麦的花粉粒干瘪率达90%,杀雄效果较好。 相似文献

Potential genotoxicity of sulcotrione 2-(2-chloro-4-(methylsulfonyl)benzoyl)-1,3-cyclohexanedione, a selective triketonic herbicide was evaluated on Vicia faba seedlings in hydroponic culture conditions. Sulcotrione (10−5, 10−4 and 2 × 10−4 M) treatments for 45 h, caused a dose dependent increase in micronuclei frequencies in root meristematic cells. Cytological analysis of root tips cells showed aneugenic effects of the sulcotrione on the plant root meristems. Sulcotrione induced chromosomal alterations at the lowest concentration used (10−5 M) when incubated for 42 h, indicating the potent mutagenic effect of this element. This is the first report for the genotoxicity of such a sulcotrione herbicide. 相似文献

Reaction between maleic anhydride (MA) and wood specimens was carried out in a vapor phase reaction system. Reaction conditions
such as the ratio of supplied MA to wood, initial moisture content, and reaction temperature were optimized. The MA supplied
to the reaction system was effectively absorbed by the wood, and a satisfactorily high dimensional stability was achieved
even at a low MA/wood ratio. The dimensional stability increased with rising initial moisture content. When the reaction was
conducted at an elevated temperature (180°C), high dimensional stability was attained without remarkable weight increase and
bulking. The mechanism of dimensional stabilization was discussed on the basis of the dimensional changes at high humidity
and during repeated water soaking and drying. It was shown that the dimensional stabilization arises mainly from a decrease
of hygroscopicity. When the reaction was conducted at 180°C, the formation of cross-links in the cell wall was apparent. Following
the MA treatment, the antifungal property was remarkably enhanced and met the Japanese Industrial Standard K1571. Therefore,
MA treatment in the vapor phase is an effective method to attain antifungal properties as well as high dimensional stability
with a small amount of nontoxic reagent. 相似文献
